November 2011 Update
On 9/29/11 the DPLU responded the PMPO with County recommendations to the 2020 Plan, based on inputs to the County

The Board held a Conference Call with the DPLU on 11/7/11, to discuss the variance between the recommendations,

The 2 Triangular Parcels East of the Fire Station are <25% Slope, therefore do not meet the county guidelines for rural commercial designation

The 2 Rectangular Parcels North of the Fire Station

The Burlingame property (North East Parcel) is <25% Slope and is landlocked, therefore does not meet the county guidelines for rural commercial designation

The Rice property (North West Parcel) is approximately half <25% Slope and landlocked, therefore does not meet the county guidelines for rural commercial designation

PMPO Board voted and agreed to accept the DPLU Recommendation on these Parcels

Item 2 Lot Size

The DPLU have recommended changing the density for the area along State Park Road, the Summit to the St Park (30 parcels) to 10:1, the Pre-FCI status was 8:1 which does not exist as a density option now

Michael Walsh will contact the DPLU to further discuss the Density for the other areas on the Mountain than the area along State Park Road, the Summit to the St Park (30 parcels)
