Spotlight on Steve Clark   Steven P Clark is a part time mountain resident, originally from Pomona CA (now Santa Maria CA). His family has owned property in Pedley Valley on Palomar since the early 1900’s. Steve has been coming to Palomar since the early 60’s. Steve has previous PMPO and PMMWC board member experience in the late 90’s. Steve is looking forward to helping drive recognition from the San Diego County that the PMPO is a legitimate community planning board.
